Message of the President

Members of the Carlton College community,

We help people build meaningful lives through education, acculturation, and counselling. Of these, the most important is education. Carlton College offers a range of programmes to assist with different kinds of skills and knowledge.

Our principal academic programmes are the Diploma in Business Administration, Advanced Diploma in Business Administration, and Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration. In addition, we are also working closely with Southwest State University, Russian Federation to offer and support their distance learning programmes particularly Bachelor of Business Administration (International Business) and Master of Business Administration.

Our college is not large compared to both public and private university, but our courses are selected, our resources are focused, our classes are small and friendly, and our instructors are well dedicated. We strive to provide high-quality programmes at a competitive fee, and we serve students who need extra support with culture and language as they begin their academic studies. If you are student that would like to become a professional person with a qualification from us, we are here for you.
